Fulfillment Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025.
At Jokic Media Group, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality digital and marketing services. Please review our fulfillment policies below to understand our terms regarding refunds, shipping, returns, and cancellations.
Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial project payment and/or first set of design samples. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital goods and services, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been provided or the product has been delivered.
Project-Based Services: If a project is canceled before any work has begun, a full refund may be granted. If work has started, a prorated refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
Eligibility for Refunds: To request a refund, please contact our team lead Dario, at dario@jokicmediagroup.com with your order details.
Shipping or Delivery Policy: Since our services primarily involve digital products and marketing services, there is no physical shipping involved.
Delivery of Digital Products: Digital products and services will be delivered electronically via email or through our platform via google drive within the agreed timeframe.
Service Turnaround Time: The completion time for services depends on the specific project scope and will be communicated to the client upon order confirmation.
Return Policy and Process: As our products are digital in nature, returns are generally not applicable. However, if you encounter issues with a delivered service or product, please reach out to our support lead at dario@jokicmediagroup.com to discuss possible resolutions, including revisions or replacements.
Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel services under the following conditions: If a project is canceled before any work has begun, or If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a cancelation within 7 days of the initial project payment and/or the first set of design samples are delivered. After this period, cancelations will not be issued.
Subscription-Based Services: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing period. Pease contact dario@jokicmediagroup.com to cancel any subscription.
One-Time Services & Projects: If a service or project is canceled before work begins, a full refund may be issued. If work has already started, a partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed.
